Rex has a forever home!

I am delighted to write today and tell the world that Rex has a forever home.  He has relocated and is now living in a wonderful place with a fellow puppy that has become his best friend. He also has some children to play with as well, and is happy as can be.  He has a glorious life ahead of him.

I thank everyone that has made his recovery and blissful future happen.

  1. Good! I'm glad to hear this, Heather-- nice work and a big 'thank you' to you and Karin and all who helped Rex on his way.

On a sad note, our own dog will be passing very, very soon due to her age and cancer. It's a mix of emotions for me; extreme sadness, denial, uncertainty, resignation. You know how it goes.

Hearing about Rex having a home with one who cares was heartening to read today. I'm glad his life and journey will continue because of the goodness of others. That pleases me warmly and greatly.

Thanks, Heather. You did the right thing throughout, without doubt and with a good moral compass.

I have full confidence you're going to heaven-- or maybe doggie heaven, with furry friends smiling and shedding and wagging all about.

    1. Thank you so much for your kind words. I truly appreciate it, and I would love to go to Doggy Heaven.

I am sad to hear about your dog. I'm not sure where you are located, but I do know of a vet who has successfully treated dogs with cancer. He is located in Grass Valley, California. Karin and a friend went to him to save another dog from cancer. If you want me to get the information on this vet, please let me know.
